   I feel like closing down the mastodon experiment, as It does not spark enough excitement to keep doing it.

   I want an outlet, but that is better done by writing on my own website or maybe a mail-letter.

   The small thoughts here do not feel small enough to be small and they do not extend in conversations as much as they used to.

   Conversationalism is missing up and downstream. The connections I made between 2012-15 are either still here (but way more silent, and def. not conversing) and since 2018 I did not make more than two or three good new connections on here.

   Most posts are shallow af, - mine included. And the 10k characters are better used elsewhere.

     Does a mail-letter or a website/blog foster Conversationalism? Are both not even more one-way forms of "providing content"? That conversations have dropped significantly, even in in the #fediverse, may be due to changes in habit, in the overall exhaustion, the polarisation that came with Covid and the wars, the general felling of hopelessness in light of some sense of a closed future. People's minds are too fed up with stuff that makes them unresponsive to new or larger ideas and deeper thoughts. Anyway, I'd very much like to have a contact info of your new endeavours should you decide to follow through.
