     I'm sorry if I sound rude by disagreeing with you, but that has not been my experience at all. In my opinion, there's a big difference between these two systems. Gab's group system is brilliant and will automatically deliver a large audience to you, in a way that's not possible on other social media sites, including the fediverse. I'm a nobody, and even I am getting lots of likes and reposts on Gab. That simply doesn't happen here.

     I quit caring about the amount of people being reached. I focus on the quality of people I'm reaching. Over there I had way more followers, but so few of them were actually active that it made no difference.      Gab seems to have something that most social media sites lack, something that makes Gab stand out, and helps its members increase their reach and find all the right people: groups. Gab has a group for virtually every topic, so all you have to do is find the already-established groups for the things you're interested in, and you will automatically get noticed by a large amount of people.
     
     On most social media sites, however, you're basically stuck with either posting on your own profile page/timeline, or posting in some other user's reply section. And that's not very good.

     The biggest problem with Gab (for me, at least) is that a lot of my old posts (even if they're just a day old) disappear from my profile page, and then if I'm lucky, they reappear again a few days later. (Here on NCD I don't seem to have that problem.) I don't really understand how this works, and why it happens. But I still reach way more people on Gab than on the fediverse, so it's a good place to share my memes, news articles and political takes.

     I respect your opinion, Matty, but a lot of the Gab users I interact with are already jew-wise and still appreciate my posts. Why? Because I sometimes (or often) post new information about the subject that they might not have seen or heard before.
     
     It can be fresh news stories about criminals and perverts who turn out to be jews if you do a little digging, or it can be general information about jewish influence in countries outside of the US. For example, I sometimes post about how jews run pedophile rings in countries like Brazil, Colombia, etc., which a lot of people who are jew-wise might still not be familiar with. Those kinds of posts are appreciated on Gab, that's all I'm saying.

     The users you speak to on Gab are, generally, fuckin retarded and only want to talk about jews because that is the entire depth of their personality. Their life, their existence, revolves around breathless platitudes and aphorisms to signal to other 90 IQ retards that they're part of the in-group.      Do you know why me posting "I just blew my dick off" gets 40 reactions? It's because it's not about the fucking jews. I had 8000 followers on Gab and was a well respected ( :nicechan_sick: ) member there but I'd take this gaggle of retards over a big number any day. When you get tired of saying the same shit over and over again, you'll see why.

     I mean really, a company of any kind has no damn business taking money they earn and spending it on bullshit that doesn't benefit the company. Conservative corporate spending is what keeps costs and prices reasonable. You can't pay your bills, take what's left and blow it on gay Mexicans, then turn around and cry that you're out of money so you need your users to pay more.

     I understand the concept of tiered accounts based on price. It does cost money to run a social media site. But for some reason on the internet people expect something for nothing. It’s either paid subscriptions or ads. Or both :/
     
     The issue with Torba is *how* he spends the money. If he wants to take a salary and blow it on hookers and coke, fine. It’s his money. But to invest company funds into AF and invite an entire group of people who are hostile to your current user base, and then to have the audacity to berate and shame your users for not paying enough money…that’s the problem.
