It's hard to say what the intentions are, and as an Eastern Catholic I side more with EO than Rome's interpretation on this. It is an autistic point of contention that leity and theologians can nitpick, but it's mostly relevant in that the political situation that caused its inclision was never rectified per EO views.   God restores Job and his wife and gives him more children. Everything was doubled. This is true because God will ressurect his children in the final day with all of Job and his loved ones.
  
  God knows we are suffering. He will tolerate it only because we too have to endure the false allegations made by satan. When the day comes he will restore and reverse all problems and injustices we endured. Amen 🙏
