Since bread gets stuck in my gut I can't eat that much of it, so I stick to throwing a bunch of ingredients in my crockpot. There's so much you can make in it, even dishes you wouldn't think of like a cake. I got this whole tin box full of nothing but crockpot recipes.

There is growing evidence that the synthetic/waste-byproduct versions of what they add to food and water is actually NO BENEFIT for at least a big chunk of the population, while still being poison.
Synthetic folate/folic acid is a big one. For many people it contributes to deficiency by binding to receptors in spite of being an unusable form - blocking the reception of the usable form.
I see too many parallels with fluoride and other similar things to not think these things are really just supposed to poison us period. I'm a right cynical hag.

Zero reasons to put it into water, as it's only harmful at that point. Toothpaste has the potential mucous membrane issue mentioned. Fluoride is useful for teeth, but you don't need that much of it and it doesn't leech away if you're not drinking (delicious) distilled or RO water regularly. What ticks me off about Fluoride is it does accumulate in soil, so if you're a backyard gardener on city water, you're getting too much fluoride through everything and there's not much you can do.

Fluorine is such a crazy element. You can't even put hydrofluoric acid in glass because it'll eat through anything besides polyethylene. On the flip side, its high reactance makes it a good carrier chemical for targeted drug delivery for like tumors and such.

He suggested fluoridated toothpaste but his bigger concern was brushing and flossing period. Even if you "dry brush" and floss, it's better than fluoridated toothpaste and no floss. I've been on no fluoride toothpaste for like a decade and no issues.

We went full BBBE* detox diet and almost all of my joint pain went away.
Later we added on local pork and chicken products and then added back in fresh fruits and veggies.
The pain didn't come back.

I hate those fucking things. And they are disgusting machines because they have lots of tiny tubing inside that never gets cleaned, and inevitably ends up moldy inside. Just use a damn paper filter, grind up some coffee beans and make a pot of coffee. Or a french press is good too.
