I would say the plywood puts it at 1980s or later, if from the 1950s then it would be massive wood, I'd say. I don't know if you have this item or just the picture, if the former, can you say if the legs are stainless steel or chrome? Are the black bits rubber or plastic? That should at least tell if its contemporary or not.

How it started (biking to work through a forest with chestnut trees), how it went (a lot of peeling), how it ended (something delicious).

Alles hausgemacht.

I think the point was more that it's even hard to fathom how widely LLM-slop is being marketed and crammed into products. And partially used as well.
Because if it were just about Shrimp Jesus by Stable Diffusion then this wouldn't result in a $300b investment risk.

This is ridiculous. There are several companies out there that archive public social media posts, I assume also from Mastodon et al., to be used by US (and probably other) authorities. Removing their content on the user's side won't do anything for past content.
I can understand the hope that will "reduce the attack surface" but at the same time is very chilling in effect.

Killing people for killing people is not the answer. It has no known discouraging effect on others and otherwise is simply not consistent with any values.

Yes, according to the public sources. But using them all will basically remove that threat option.
It was a very unnecessary and short-sighted show of almost force.

Also, it could be that the the US already used up more than half of these bombs of this kind now.

Uuh, did someone panic about losing $50b in Tesla share value yesterday and request Donald to intervene? Good. Let's see this continue for a week.

Nichts. Gar nichts.

In the 1920s science spoke German. After 1945 science spoke English.
And rebuilding Germany after the war only worked with US help. A lot of it.

No, I was sarcastically asking whether the ad was for or against. These days one never knows...
