As World Water Day approaches, more signs of the growing #water crisis.

Remember, voting for Biden also means voting for the experienced, talented, ethical team he's brought to Washington.

Do you remember the massively incompetent, corrupt, and anti-government cronies and thugs Trump brought the first time around? And how many of them are now in jail?

I'm sorry, but have top government officials always been this dangerously stupid and incompetent or is this a new thing? Florida's health officials will get children killed.

How ironic is it that Reagan supposedly "won" the Cold War (false, but that's the GOP narrative) only to have the current GOP surrender the country to the Russians today.

Excellent news. My friend and climate science colleague Michael Mann, attacked and defamed for years, has won his defamation court case against two repeat, unrepentent, and nasty climate deniers.

For many years, the cheapest source of electricity has been investing in improving energy efficiency -- simply the idea of doing more of what we want with less electricity.

But truly, the cheapest source of electricity is not spending electricity on things we shouldn't be doing at ALL, like cryptocurrency mining.

    Tip of the Day!

Here is a reminder to everyone [rightly] pissed at the incredibly high cost of peer-reviewed journal articles behind paywalls:

If you send an email to the lead/corresponding author (whose contact is almost always provided in the article, or easily found with google) and ask for a copy of the article, the author will almost universally be delighted to send a copy [legally] to you, free.

We authors LOVE it when someone asks for a copy of our articles!!!

This, rather than "Trump barely ekes out a win in New Hampshire" is how the media is going to play this??!

Trump barely got half the GOP votes and fewer than projected.

I don't actually care, since I think Trump is a far, far weaker candidate in the national election than Haley, but it's a sign of seriously distorted media coverage.

You thought #COP28 was a shit show because it was hosted and headed by a petrostate ?

Well #COP29 just said "hold my beer" -- it's not only hosted and headed by a petrostate, but apparently no women are on the organizing committee.

I'm not sure Trump winning just barely half of the 14% of Iowa Republicans who bothered to vote is the amazing victory the media is reporting.
