yeah, totally - and I guess the Apple Lisa had the same problem, see e.g. the guy on https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Apple_Computer,_1983_(Lisa).jpg
might look halfway comfortable right now, but using the keyboard would make him look like a monkey :-D
(and the alternative is putting the computer lower so he'd be staring down like the lady on your picture)

I only ever tried to get (and got!) one patch into the kernel, and was incredibly lucky that it was about a bug I found that Linus introduced himself, so I mostly dealt with him directly and he was extremely friendly in the process, so I didn't get any toxicity.

But that email-based workflow with inline-patches and specially formatted mails that Thunderbird couldn't even create (without an addon) etc was quite painful. There must be a better way..

Recently when having an ECG done I learned that my heartrate goes down significantly when breathing in deeply (and that seems to be generally the case, if I understood the cardiologist correctly).
I found that super interesting and a bit surprising, never heard of this (and how do you even reliably measure the heartrate when just breathing has such an effect)
