@xogium Don't forget that circa 2010-2011, Oracle acquired Sun Microsystems and disbanded the accessibility team. They were responsible for GNOME's accessibility infrastructure. We went from about 10 full-time people working on accessibility to none.

You know how C compilers have warnings mostly off by default, and static analysis and everything...

And once you turn them on for the first time in a code base, it is FULL of errors...

And yet those features are off by default because otherwise unfixed code appears broken...

Guess what? It *is* broken. You just haven't noticed.

@mairin Yes, the flatpak works well.

@mairin Imagine that a large portion of your known universe and toolset has been sucked into a black hole, and shaken a bit. You step into the black hole. It doesn't hurt, but everything is a bit off-place.

There is video, chat, a whiteboard, a calendar, and really way too much stuff. It's pluggable, and you can even install Teams specific apps inside it!

When you come out of the black hole, you'll do so as vestigial radiation, ready for another day.
