@mekkaokereke that is interesting indeed. But they wouldn't be voting for Biden, they would be voting for Kamala. Did they see her simply as an extension of Biden?

Cogito Ergo Disputo (disputatore@masto.pt)'s status on Thursday, 14-Nov-2024 07:34:52 JST Cogito Ergo Disputo @mekkaokereke we're talking about 13 million people. While that will certainly apply to some of them, I find it a bit of a stretch to claim to know the motivation of all of them. But I won't dwell on this for longer as it is impossible to prove either of our assumptions.

Cogito Ergo Disputo (disputatore@masto.pt)'s status on Thursday, 14-Nov-2024 07:19:45 JST Cogito Ergo Disputo @mekkaokereke it is interesting that Trump got the same amount of votes as in 2020. So apparently 13 million people who voted for Biden couldn't be bothered to vote for Kamala.

Cogito Ergo Disputo (disputatore@masto.pt)'s status on Thursday, 26-Sep-2024 02:37:31 JST Cogito Ergo Disputo @killyourfm was that a replacement battery or the original? I replaced my Kindle's battery and it lasted maybe 3 months. It died of sudden death. The Kindle normal behaviour is to switch the e-paper screen to a logo of a battery or something when it needs recharging. But in this case it didn't even realise the battery needed charging, so it died with one of the generic pictures the screen shows when it's off. Now I'm not sure where to buy a safe battery.

But wouldn't you agree that there's a colour saturation inconsistency between the bottom and top halves of the picture?

Cogito Ergo Disputo (disputatore@masto.pt)'s status on Thursday, 11-Apr-2024 18:11:58 JST Cogito Ergo Disputo @Badger that first picture looks artificially saturated, but specifically on the woman's and the store's colours. The photographer must have played it with it during the development, don't you think?

I have seen this one guy who moved to his own instance and posted pictures. It was impossible to get anything older than some days. Maybe investigate that or try with a new account before you move this one.
