@AnarchoNinaWrites I hope I'm wrong but I'm starting to think that this kind of behaviour in far right politics is an intended circus: it mostly gives the other side something to waste time about with little to no consequences in the support of their own base (if anything it strengthens it since most of them are fanatics anyway)

@tokyo_0 yes, and a sufficient degree of inflammation is needed for the process to happen (but not too much because that has the inverse effect).

It's true, it has a lot of health benefits apart from being used for diabetes, also does some wonders for controlled weight loss, in my case due to the hunger inhibition effect that reduces snacking. The thing with muscle growth appears to be related with its anti-inflammatory effects reducing adaptation. Take this with a grain of salt because there's not so much on this, but it makes sense, since many anti-inflammatory drugs (e.g. ibuprofen) have similar effects on muscle growth.

TL;DR #Metformin (one of the best type 2 #diabetes drugs) reduces gains and benefits from #exercise in general, and hampers muscle gains specifically. That may explain some things I've noticed lately 🙄

@tokyo_0 yes it might, in terms of denial of the whole system I don't think we really have a precedent, since most of our current economy rests on post industrial things like valuations and high debt. But I agree that more realistically we should strive to deny the system the workers it needs, and organise for the workers instead (agriculture coops have been doing it since ages ago).

Today is also a good #anticapitalism day to remember that capital, wealth, and resources are not the same thing.

Capital is the restriction on resources of the many for the wealth of the few.

What would happen if we all just stopped paying, I mean I stop paying rent my (nice) landlady stops paying loans et al et al. What would they (vanguard or whoever) actually do? Send armies (=ourselves) to force people to pay for their imaginary wealth?

All it would take would be a little impossible unity of non-doing something to take down capitalism in a few days. That's how close we are.

Positives:

- making people stop using google since their ranking is so shitty it's putting bad generated results above everything else
- getting copywriting with the exact quality and coherence that greedy corps want to pay for

@gianmarcogg03 if you are pirating something paid by a multimillionaire you're just redistributing wealth at this point. But better yet is to stop consuming most if not all content paid by multimillionaires that is used to advance their agendas of dominance.
