Today i did the 12th #Bike2Work ride. It was 20°C and sunny, and i was very well rested after few days without cycling and running trainings (small holiday). I did track C-5 (17.9km, 185m ascend), and it was the 1st time i tried the new Edge 540. It was great! I loved in particular the ClimbPro feature that highlighted how steep and how much remains of the ascend, very helpful! I tried to take a picture but of course was all blurred 😅
There are a lot of other features i didn't have before, to see during or after the ride and i can say i'm very satisfied 😁.
Btw I improved the best by more than 2 minutes 💪😎

Instead, on the bad news side, i checked few days ago, the torrent disrupted the ford this winter, now there's a steep ramp on both sides of the river, so until a good farmer fix it i can't ride B-* variants ☹

Can't wait to try on the road...what a leap compared to my old 8yo edge 520...now it's like a linux distro for what you can configure 😅
It's not as big as yours, @theru but should have the same features AFAIK 😉

Yesterday i did the 11st #Bike2Work ride. Air was cooler than previous days but still it was 17°C and sunny.
I did track A-5 (18.7km, 185m ascend), the one with the long offroad ascend. I was a bit worried if the grip would be sufficient with the new tyres but yeah it was great, also because the path was very compacted after the winter rain. In the first part of this ascend i had to slow down a bit because my heart went very high (above 190bpm) but anyway and i improved the best by a couple of minutes 💪😎

Forecasts say next week will be raining a lot (and few km from me even snowing!) so i hope to do at least one ride 🙏 i know that april is april but i want to remember that one week ago we had almost 30°C ! This is crazy!

Today i did the 10th #Bike2Work ride.
I did track C-0dir (19.6km, 160m ascend), sensations were great. Temperature was very warm, around 22°C and unlike last days i had tailwind that helped a bit, maybe 1-2 minutes and i improved the best by almost 5 minutes 💪😎

Easy path are done (except for B- variants) now only the hard ascends remains 😁
