Dentist trip went much better than I expected today. Someone told me to count backwards from 1000 in my head as a way of distracting myself. It worked and got to 702. Also the treatment cost about £150 *less* than I thought it was going to! Bonus.

Don't tell my boss but I've not been very productive so far today
