My wife was complaining that the chia seeds we have are rubbish as they don’t plump up when soaked. I was thinking we don’t have my chia seeds at the moment so asked her to show me. She’s been using poppy seeds in her overnight oats by mistake! 🤦♀️

The full moon out there tonight looks amazing. Pop outside and have a look if you can.

Out of surgery and though I’m feeling a little sore I feel fine. Thank goodness. General anaesthetic usually fucks me up a lot.

Bored waiting now and so hungry.
