The hue and cry for Biden to take a cognitive test (MAN WOMAN TV CAMERA) in today’s news cycle is a direct result of Kentucky Rep. James Comer, #MAGA chair of the House Committee on Oversight and Accountability, planting the story in the media that Biden should undergo the test, and then brag about acing it like trump did. This is the dumbing down of America.

@MissingThePt I’m glad Senators Durbin and Whitehouse wrote the letter and they’re attempting to meet w/ Chief Justice Roberts. Roberts hasn’t responded and I don’t have hope he will. For decades, Roberts was a foot soldier in the war to weaken and destroy the Voting Rights Act. He claimed America had made such strides toward erasing racism that people of color didn’t need protections any longer. That was a cover to make people think he was a good guy moderate. He is not.

@QasimRashid I was surprised the United States and Israel were not members of the ICC. Maybe I shouldn’t be, maybe this is naivety on my part. It’s possible the United States doesn’t want to be held to account for its actions by the world.
