Today in particular I’m just so glad Merrick Garland prioritized “norms” over the U.S. constitution, our republic, and any hope of saving our democracy. Otherwise we might have run the risk of a functioning government.

I hope Garland knows that—along with Mitch—cowardice will always be his legacy.

BREAKING: Trump has announced that moments ago the United States has attacked 3 nuclear sites in Iran, specifically Fordow, Natanz, and Esfahan.

The vile hypocrisy of this fascist to break the Iran nuclear deal in 2018 despite Iran’s compliance, and now to attack Iran without reason in 2025.

This is 2003 Iraq WMDs all over again and countless innocent people will pay the price for these absurd lies.

As Trump attacks students who dare speak up for basic justice for Palestine, a student at the University of Florida Law School named Preston Damsky wrote a paper arguing that the Constitution only applies to white people & Jews and non-whites should be “abolished by any means necessary.”

A Trump-nominated judge named John L. Badalamenti who teaches the class gave Damsky the highest grade and awarded him the Book prize.

University of Florida Law School defended the decision as “free speech.”

BREAKING: Federal judge orders Trump regime to release Pro-Palestinian pro-justice activist Mahmoud Khalil. Plain clothes ICE fascists arrested Khalil without a warrant, charge, or any due process. He has been in the custody of immigration agents since March 8 and missed the birth of his son.

The Trump regime wanted another 7 days to build the case against Khalil. The Judge denied that request.

Khalil is ordered to be released TODAY. A victory for free speech, justice, & the US Constitution✊🏽

In 2016 MN Police killed a Black man named Philando Castile despite him calmly disclosing he had a legal & registered firearm.

Yesterday MN Police released a white woman named Jenny Boelter despite her car full of cash, firearms, & passports hours after her husband mass murdered people & was on the run from police.

This injustice is what systemic white supremacy enables.

The memes declaring "Gaza must be freed from Hamas" miss the critical point that after Netanyahu again broke the January ceasefire, Hamas themselves said they will relinquish all power in Gaza, release all hostages, and leave, on the condition that the Israeli military stop occupying Gaza—and Netanyahu rejected the offer because he refuses to give up Gaza.

This man is a war criminal committing genocide, and people are still focused on Hamas as if they control Israel's military.

BREAKING: Minnesota shooter Vance Boelter has been arrested in Green Isle, Minnesota, alive and unharmed. The now unsealed charges against him are 4 counts of 2nd Degree murder. The two counts for killing Rep. Melissa Hortman and her husband bring a maximum of 40 years in prison. And the two counts for injuring Sen. John Hoffman and his wife bring a maximum of 20 years in prison.

BTW—I don't want police to kill guilty people either. I'm just always fascinated how police can arrest white mass murderers like Vance Beolter alive & unharmed—but can't help but kill unarmed and innocent Black citizens like Philando Castile and George Floyd.

The complexion for protection is a trip.

Wow. Turns out that the Minnesota shooter Vance Boelter was an evangelical Christian who, per his website, "sought out militant Islamists in order to share the gospel and tell them that violence wasn't the answer."

Florida Sheriff Wayne Ivey is threatening to hurt & KILL protesters. Just remember: Florida cops were the same cowards who ran AWAY from the Parkland shooter, left innocent kids exposed to a deadly terrorist—& when they were sued for abdicating their duty—defended themselves (and won) by arguing “police had no legal duty to protect the students.”

So, their new threats to kill civilians isn’t the first time they’ve disregarded their duty to protect & serve the public. This is just who they are.😐

Terry Moran worked at ABC for 28 years. Then, within moments of calling Stephen Miller “hateful,” (which he absolutely is if you listen to his own family), ABC fired him under pressure of an authoritarian hypocrite who ran on “free speech.” The chilling effect this will have on other journalists cannot be ignored. Today, authoritarianism advanced, and the Fourth Estate miserably failed.

Words matter. The Israeli military did not “intercept a ship and escort it to safety.” The Israeli military did commit a violent act of piracy against a UK flagged vessel in international waters as it fulfilled a legal right to reach Gaza and alleviate suffering, then abducted its crew and transported them by force to Israel under threat of execution.

Not a single corporate media outlet has had the courage or integrity to correctly label this horrific injustice. Legacy media has failed us all.

Notice how while ICE arrests people without a warrant, invades homes without a warrant, and disappears people into death camps—the NRA is nowhere to be found. Know why? Because the NRA was never about firearm protection, they were always about white supremacy protection.

As long as ICE is attacking mostly Black and brown people, NRA isn’t bothered, they’re pleased.

Authorities have arrested two men in Washington state, who had an arsenal that included dozens of guns, explosives, & body armor. They nearly killed a soldier with a hammer while stealing gear from Joint Base Lewis-McChord.

If these were immigrants it'd be front page news. But because they're two white male Nazis named Levi Austin Frakes & Charles Ethan Fields, you've probably only now heard & Trump could very well pardon them.

FYI White supremacists remain the greatest security threat to USA.

By the way, if you can see the grotesque injustice that is the National Guard violently occupying Los Angeles for even 1 day against the will of Los Angelenos, then you can certainly see the grotesque injustice that is the Israeli military violently occupying Palestine for 75 years against the will of Palestinians.
