That said, while Nixon himself didn't criminalizing cannabis or heroin, he did create the DEA for the sole purpose to heavily enforce existing drug laws (aka War on Drugs), but by the time the DEA officially started, Watergate had happened and Nixon was getting drunk, yelling at paintings, so the enforcement lingered until Regan came along in 1980.

It may be for the best, Elon is looking for a fight with government agencies so he can spin it as "fighting big government over free speech".

The fact that no regulatory body has taken direct action on all of his shenanigans is probably driving him up the wall.

It various. I do see notifications in the morning waiting for me. Other times notification only pops up if I open the app. And other times it will notify me as intended.

I'm guessing it has something to do with battery optimization in settings?
