     @atomicpoet Here's the thing though. All these regulators will demonstrate they are toothless. They will do nothing. He will get a pass. I am just so completely jaded on regulatory authorities and the legal process right now. Everyone gets a pass. He gets a pass. The former guy gets a pass. Fox News gets a pass. Everyone gets a pass! Even Oprah get a pass even though she did nothing wrong.

     It may be for the best, Elon is looking for a fight with government agencies so he can spin it as "fighting big government over free speech".

     The fact that no regulatory body has taken direct action on all of his shenanigans is probably driving him up the wall.
