In this old lady’s experience, it’s always easier to do the wrong thing. This is not the time to be a slacker. It might be hard it might be terrifying, but do the right thing. Good people must do the right thing or bad people will steam roll us.

Do corporate hikers in groups not follow the same procedures as preschool teachers, motorcycle clubs and various others with common sense.

Tis sad. I know many of us came to mastodon with the hope that mastodon would be found to be a refuge. I understand I don’t have to engage with threads, and I am in a position where I don’t have to engage in social media at all. I’m starting to think, that might be best.
