@inthehands @COVID19_DISEASE the photo shows a N95 mask with a vent. I believed those were less useful for Covid because they vent infected air unfiltered into passers by?

@inthehands @jenniferplusplus thanks very much for this thread. It helped clarify my understanding of why I'm not worried about my job going away. My job is not to write code, but to understand it, its consequences, and then what we might do about those.

@nova I feel really grimy when I step back over there. The recommended tweets were all from creeps. My fave artist still hasn't got a mastodon so I'll keep checking.
