Ironically, since moving to @Codeberg I've had nothing but problems. I keep getting time outs and refused connections when pushing, and now the Pure Blog updater is broken because it can't pull from Codeberg.

No issues reported on their end, but it's definitely not a Pure Blog issue as I updated a number of sites yesterday.

I'm seriously considering a switch back to #GitHub.

@ChrisWere Niagara has other icon themes built in, I just like this minimalist look right now. So you can still have coloured icons if that's more your thing. You can have the stock ones too if you like.

@hund I've been enjoying Niagara launcher. Not quite a minimalist as YAM Launcher it seems, but of a similar ilk and I like the workflow (no app drawer, just a sliding alphabet on the right).

@Conan_Kudo we don't know if Fosstodon will shut down yet - Mike is still considering his options. I'm just saying I won't be a part of it.

@adastra1930 A lot of shared hosting providers are cheap, but pretty rubbish in terms of specs, so sites end up slow. Advantage is that they often come with a web control panel, like cPanel or Plesk to help you manage your sites, DBs, domains, email, files etc.

Ionos offer a free Plesk license with their VPS, which are more powerful than shared hosting, but a similar price. I'd recommend them, it's where I host my sites.

@rysiek Yeah, it's fine. But I think the light version of my site is gorgeous. I'd love the dark version to be as nice.

I really hate the dark version of my site. I'm thinking about removing it completely and going light only, but don't want to burn people's retinas at night. I suppose there's always reader mode for them... 🤔

@fribbledom oooo this is such a hard one to answer. I've had a draft "if I could only have X watches..." on my blog for months. I've currently got it down to 5, I'm not sure I could go further than that. Maybe 3 at a real push. Definitely not 1 though.
