I just read that some time ago, but when I google it in English it seems the most common is actually cellulose. But also we can feel and taste that there is something on the cheese it is not listed on the package, I guess because the amount compared to the actual product is to low.

@okpierre I think this is good and fair, I mean anyone can host their own instance, you just need less than $10 per month for a vps or a 8GB Raspberry Pi that runs it at home.

So no need to worry about paying for accounts.

Besides that, hosting big servers costs a few hundred $ a month, so it seems fair to have an accounting option built in to the server software. (Which I assume this features are from?)

Not sure if resources are OK, but maybe you have some experience for the needed storage and CPU, I just have some experience regarding Friendica hosting, which needs more RAM when MariaDB is not tuned well. I know some people run Frienidca on RaspberryPi, but I assume there is not performance optimized systems for the Fediverse than Friendica.

Maybe they also have other services there, not sure. This a very good share hosting with full command line access and probably the best service you can get for affordable prices.
