    @gnulinux bei der ersten Sicherung mit #Borgbackup würde #borg create bei so einem Setup bei mir erstmal die Platte so start erhitzen, dass das Backup abbricht. Ohne gekühlte Laufwerke kann man heute kaum noch nen paar hundert GB (eher 1 TB) auf irgendwas schreiben.

    @dictvm I like Firefox Android pressing the buttons for me, it just accepts the really necessary cookies. Sometimes it needs 2 seconds to do so.

    Better would be some function like the "Do not track" to do this.

    I asked the maintained if the #Arch #Linux #Gitea package if he plans to switch the upstream source to Forgejo and he responded that he does not plan to do so.
    I don't want to share more details publicly.

    What should we do with the gitea instance git.friendi.ca? Keep running gitea or switch to #Forgejo?

    Future upgrades than will be as usual.

    What is the usual way? For us it was pacman -Syu up to now. ?
    Are you into giteaforgejo, maybe you'd like to volunteer?

    I think the best is to keep using a package, this will somewhat ensure that the Forgejo versions dependencies are fulfilled by the other packages I guess, at least if the maintainer is doing a good job.

    @lain hmm ok, so probably I could save quite some money, but then also had to travel back and forth a bit, so I'd pay parts of the taxes to some airlines.
