@VileLasagna nazism isn't politics. It's a vile cancer that must be opposed.

@VileLasagna I'm not saying they're not a real and active political movement. They definitely are. But when you and I are having a normal, political disagreement, it's disingenuous for a Nazi to enter the room, start spewing their hate, and for us to then hear him out because it's just a "political disagreement."

That's where I'm coming from. Nazis are evil and wrong, politically speaking. Therefore I don't like to legitimize them by calling their shit "politics."

Politics, at least to me, has an air of legitimacy, it evokes the idea of civil debate and finding common ground.

With that said, I'm a weirdo autistic guy who doesn't understand words the way most people do. That's been a hard lesson for me to learn. haha

@skobkin to me, this isn't about politics. DHH has advocated for forcibly removing immigrants from London to restore the purity of British culture. He's promoted books about forcing trans conversion therapy on trans folks. To me, many of his writings smack of Nazi rhetoric.

Whether you're on the right or the left, doesn't matter. Nazis are categorically evil. Characterizing his use of Nazi rhetoric as "political disagreement" is untenable.

@Oleksii what I meant is my videos on YouTube are not getting seen. The views just aren't there anymore. Not that I'm ending my channel.

@Oleksii @BrodieOnLinux @thelinuxEXP yeah. It's a known phenomenon. It's not just the recent drop, though. It feels like the channel is dying.

Today I've set a new goal in my health journey. I'm trying to lose another 25 lbs over the next year.

Not going to lie. The thought of losing another 25 lbs is daunting. But it's one I think I can manage.

The older I get, the less interested I am in what's new and hip in tech. Now? I just wanna talk about when video games were actually fun. 😂
