@killyourfm they are incredibly obscure so don't beat yourself up too badly! They're so unknown (and I listen to them so much) that YT music informed me I'm one of their top listeners haha. I love their music so much.
I feel like the world I was promised as a child was robbed from me. Where men of good conscience and strong character were bound to find success.

I'm a man out of time, bound by principals and an inviolable knowledge of right versus wrong. And because of that, I'll never get ahead. That's a somber realization.
I believe it's impossible for a corporation to be "leftist." Even charities and social purpose corporations. They're all to the right of center at a minimum.
The culture of the Fediverse discourages people (me) from replying to things to things with which I disagree with bullshit, snark, and sarcasm. I love that.

@killyourfm@popey@cassidy if Nintendo truly cared about preventing "piracy," they'd sell their games on PC. But they don't, so we can deduce that this is about intimidation, bullying, and maintaining an illegal monopoly over their artificial market.
@killyourfm@popey@cassidy what if I told you that, whether Switch emulators exist or not, people would still play pirated games on [clutches pearls] **official hardware**?
That is to say, Yuzu wasn't encouraging piracy. Nintendo's own business model of hardware exclusivity is.
