   Today feels like a good day for real talk.

   I can't keep doing Linux For Everyone. I can't be surrounded by tech all the time, or allow myself to slip back into that workaholic role.

   I've tried to build several personal brands, and I always end up pouring EVERYTHING into them, and I lose myself, and get burned out on life.

   I don't consider reviving L4E to be a mistake, though. The universe had another lesson to teach me, and I'm grateful for it.

   This is just not the right path for me.

     And the YouTube channel will stay up, to keep shining a bright, positive light on the Linux and open source community.

     I WILL miss the conversations. They were always the best part.

     I have no idea what's next for me besides living the nomad life and immersing myself in nature. But I hope you'll stick around for it.

     @killyourfm honestly, following you on mastodon, I'm almost surprised you've kept it up for so long.

     From the pictures you take, and your (scarce) posts it's clear you enjoy the whole nature nomad thing you've been doing. I completely get it, and all the best to you.

     I do hope you will keep sharing a bit of that, for it is a joy.

     @killyourfm Dude I have to say that L4E played a big part in me letting go of Windows and moving to EndeavourOS and never looking back. So, truly, thank you and I'll miss L4E.
     Having said that, far be it for me or anyone to tell you to not do something you clearly love and equally clearly makes you happy! We'll all just enjoy those hiking trails vicariously through your posts

     Timing coincides with me recently giving up my main game hobby and those roles, my unrelated game community, and my old company. It's both scary and refreshing. I'm focusing on my family, self-care, nature, and career....and in that order of priority. Frankly, you tried to create a brand.... And succeeded. I'm here following you, reading your posts and cheering for you. You have what you sought.... What more could you ask for ❤️🫂
