@fsf Not sure what it founds as services and webpages by the FSF are constantly down over the last month and contributing to projects or even signing up to Savannah was not possible.

@viz I am going through the info page for awk(gawk) and hitting space to navigate through. Can't see an image anywhere.

I am using C-h i to get there.

When you read documentation inside emacs, what is your prefered format?
For me it is in this order:
info, man, epub (nov.el), devdocs.

Are there any texinfo pages you don't read in info format because you need images? I think info pages don't contain images even when the source texinfo file has them (happy to be proved wrong).

Right now I am also trying to solve searching through my epub files for information. Best I've found so far was bookmarks+ and maybe citar.

Anyone else affected by the constant #gnu dot org outtages? I wanted to sign up to Savannah but they are not sending the sign-up mail. Half the time I try to open a page on their server it does not load. It has been like this for at least a week.

What is there to do? Just create a permanent fork for the GNU projects I want to fix on my Codeberg?

@gardiner_bryant For me it offered weird videos with diseased hooves. Unrelated to anything I've ever watched. Also an endless stream of pranks and Internet drama. Categories I don't watch. Also many videos with nudity in the thumbnails.

I considered to stop using youtube. Instead I just deleted all their cookies and local data and refused their cookies so now I don't get any recommendations. When I visit I just see a search bar and nothing more. Probably not an option as you have a channel.
