It's kinda funny that you frame it that way. Because in reality, I was offered. I rejected it. While the roleplaying is clearly satire. There's some truth to what I've said. Although, I personally won't be facilitating the rule of humanity through demons. But, they are definetly coming.
Different context for 'care'. As in, I don't have any pony in your Jew hate competition. Probably because I'm not Jewish. So, I don't really care about the said outcome.
I do find it interesting that all of you obsess over Jew's as enemies. From a psychological perspective. It seems like obsession.
You remind of that obsessed lady from the movie Misery. Just breaking the ankles of some guy in the hopes he writes things that confirm your Jew conspiracies.
Normal white man behaviour. Notice how the WHITE cop says it's an uncommon issue. When meth rates in whites are at an all time high.
Normal lies to conver white people's psychotic antics. When they're not raising kids who speak in brainrot. They're beating black children without provocation.
Well actually. The world would be better of without them.
Harmony with nature would be restored.
And some dumb ass who thinks destorying the land equates to 'progress' would end.
More rantings by the mentally ill white people. That can't control themselves. And, can't be trusted not to murder entire populations for their own benfit.
I completely agree with this. But, anyone that's made money in business doesn't give a shit about your morality. Because that doesn't actually exist in this world. It's projected on.
Personally my view point comes from biblical perspective. This world is currently run by Satan. It's reflected in out goverment structures, entertainment and businesses. And, as such, if you play the game of capitalism, you have to understand it is no different to war. You either survive, or you die. And, yes obviously it's often a much more metaphorical death. But, as the money goes up, the stakes pf physical life and death go up too. But, the events in the human mind cannot distinguish this. So, the weight is as significant. And, if you want to survive, you have to outplay your opponents. Because they're as amoral as Trump.
So, if were are to play the game of IP, it'd be based on the law, which does support what I am saying. I've run businesses. And, had to understand the legality of what I can and can't do as a business myself. And, while it may seem like a grey area. Yes, web scraping is legal. But, what you scrape is not necessarily legal. In Australia you cannot scrape other people's intellectual property.
And, you are right, it's a gamble. But, if you're aiming to win. You have to understand the courts are not about truth. They're about persuasion. And, appearing to be the one that is correct. Nothing more.
Winning in court isn't about being right. It's about being persuasive, faster, smarter. If you're losing your court cases, that's because you were outplayed by a better liar.
If business A calls themselves Traffic Safe. And business B calls themselves Traffic Sense. Then Traffic Safe can dispute this.
This is the exact same type of situation.
If my account has Sq(666*1/3) -5, and it's specifically the only time it's ever been used, and a data model houses that data.
I can say, that fucking line of code was deisnged by me. And then sue for potential damages.
No one gives a shit about copying vs theft, when it comes to IP laws. The language isn't modelled after computer terminology. And, if you're using said lanaguage based on computer operations, and someone was to tell me, copying isn't theft bro. I'd break their fucking arm. Then I'd sue them.
I'd get charged with assault. But, I sure as shit would win the IP case.
In all seriousness. And, maybe this is just Australian law. By Copyright IP covers any document, idea, creative process you consider. As long as you've got it in writing. It's aumatically granted.
I dunno how other countries do it.
BUt, scraping my data would be considered IP theft because it's intellectual. No physical. Although, it can be that too.
This isn't an accurate portrayal of copyright laws. Though, I fully believe goverment would ignore IP laws when it's done by businesses they are interested in using.
But, infringement doesn't require you to physically take something. It's Intellectual Property. Your ideas. If they use it, based on your creation. That's an infringement.
Like video piracy isn't theft. But, it is intellectual property. Obtained by illegal means. People that claimed it not being theft, more amoral shitheads side skirting the reality they're law breakers, and deserve the death sentence.
So, if I find my IP scraped in data models. They'll be scraping some data scientists off the side walk. If the law won't protect me. Then they're as villainous as the people they target. So, I'll get the job done.
@lina I dunno who that guy was. But, I disagree with his jokes. They're disgusting. And, impractical. Like, what happens if you don't get off, before you get OFF?
Time to Fall 69 Building Floors The time it takes for a human to fall 69 building floors depends on several factors, primarily the height per floor and whether air resistance is considered. Assuming an average floor height of 3 to 4 meters (10 to 13 feet), a 69-floor fall would cover approximately 207 to 276 meters.
Ignoring air resistance (free fall in a vacuum), the time can be calculated using the kinematic equation:
t= g 2h
where:
h is the height fallen (in meters), g is the acceleration due to gravity (approximately 9.8m/s 2 ). For a 207-meter fall (3 meters per floor):
t= 9.8 2×207
≈ 42.24
≈6.5seconds
For a 276-meter fall (4 meters per floor):
t= 9.8 2×276
≈ 56.33
≈7.5seconds
When air resistance is included, the fall time increases slightly because the person reaches terminal velocity—typically around 53–56 m/s (190–200 km/h) for a human in a spread-eagle position. After reaching terminal velocity, the speed no longer increases, so falling farther doesn't significantly increase impact speed but does add to fall time.
Given that terminal velocity is usually reached after about 450 meters (1500 feet)—equivalent to roughly 150 floors—a 69-floor fall is not high enough to reach terminal velocity. Therefore, air resistance has a relatively small effect, and the fall time remains close to the vacuum estimate.
Thus, the fall duration from 69 floors is approximately 6.5 to 7.5 seconds, depending on floor height and body position.
That's not nearly enough time to cement your image as a sexpert. But, I guess it'll still leave a lasting impression. In the concrete.
