Should user to user blocking exist? absolutely, but as of current that's simply not a requirement of the app stores.

There will still be quite a lot of gas being bought in 10 years. I won't say it will be more gas than is bought today, but I'd guess it will still be a significant percentage of today's consumption.

It's still a simple matter of eyeballs. Low engagement of 400 million vs higher better quality engagement of 10 mil.
