Also electric motors are more efficient than fossil engines and heat pumps are more efficient than burning oil or gas. You don't need to replace all primary fossil energy, only part of it.

There's a difficult to overcome issue.
- The well-off often don't care for action because they don't have any short-term issues
- the people who are actually afflicted can't take action because they are too busy staying alive.
