Not even. Transfer case allows you to SELECT the range, AND the ratio (4h 2h 4L, sometimes even 2L). With AWD not only you do NOT have those gear ratios, but you can NOT select.

@CliffsEsport @nickzoic @SuperMoosie @ai6yr depending on mud and even small rocks, 4L applies. Transfer cases are the least well used bits of gear, mostly because folks who think AWD is 4x4 ignore their usage. And the newer folks have the too-electronic bullshit, which always fails...

@CliffsEsport @nickzoic @SuperMoosie @ai6yr lucky you. I've engaged my UNLOCKED-DIFFERENTIALS-having 4L on very few instances... But I was SO DARN GLAD it was there. Around 90% of gnarly off-roading will be done on 4H, but eh. Murphy.

Parental gripe.

A few months ago I bought BGUT (now13) a small, 8x6" graphic tablet, Wacom, neat, works off the box with everything, yada yada.

She isn't using it, instead drawing in the even smaller Switch screen... but whines that I won't get her "a real tablet", says she isn't used to (stomp stomp, notice verb) looking up to monitor from tablet pen/surface.

TL;DR wants a Porsche, but hasn't learned to drive a Beetle

She keeps whining, I am getting her this tiny etch-a-sketch, instead.
