@sun @augustus It was apparently a false report. I guess he just asked if they could take the cuffs off on stage. Some think it was some insane stalker who's been accusing sam of things for years but she's too insane so nobody really knows if any of it is true or not.

@sun the german id has nfc and can technically verify date of birth and other information but I have never seen it used anywhere and instead everyone still just asks for a photo of it.
