    Waited too long to replace my 8 year old backup 5tb hard drive. It crashed twice while copying to my new drive. I'm now trying a third time. I think it's overheating, so I'm trying to run it at half speed. Working so far.

    Everything important is backed up to my Google drive, but even at half speed, a local restore is going to much faster than downloading everything.

    @triodug Would not shock me at this point. MercurySteam is working on an unannounced game which is almost certainly another 2d Metroid. This would be their third 2d Metroid. Samus Returns and Dread were both great.
