      It's easier to install some things on Arch than Debian or derivs lol, even with the marketshare difference.

      @menherahair @sun I had to use steamcmd in Wine to download the YIIK I.V demo since native version isn't able to download non-native applications. Couldn't run the full client since it got broken in my Firejail config at one point, and hell if I'm going to run it without some sort of condom.

      Everytime I've run a Debian derived distro apt has eventually ended up hosing the system. Never had that with Slackware, Arch, or Suse when I ran that.

      July 2009 is one of my FreeBSD installs. Almost that old. That was when I switched to FreeBSD from Debian as my primary os for my servers.

      @dushman @sun @iceloops @SlicerDicer I've put off upgrading for >2 years because the machine is in my ceiling closet and an annoying piece of recycled crap (difficult access, need to haul a screen and keyboard up there and press a key to boot)

      I'll probably just attach the hard drives to my old desktop pc when I can be arsed to and get rid of the old thing
