I still don't regret NOT taking the heavily forced vaxxxx.......anyone else have regrets for not taking it? Should we all be dead by now cuz we didn't take it. @bot @c unless you work out like crazy a cheat meal will fuck up a program. Get rid of 99% of carbs....all of 'em. Eat meat, eggs, cheese and nuts. Don't over do the nuts. Confine your eating to a 5 hour period and you will NOT be hungy and the weight will fall off
