    Right, all we can do is speculate. I'd guess the spondylolisthesis was significant enough that they wanted to stabilize it and prevent further slippage, which could have resulted in neural impingement or weakness or even paralysis.

    That doesn't look right. It's an L5-S1 posterior lumbar interbody fusion with instrumentation, but those are some long pedicle screws. 🤨

    The film is taken at a bit of an angle. Those screws are probably close to parallel on an AP view, but given how much you can see of the endplates (tops and bottoms of the vertebral bodies), It looks really off. It looks like there was some crazy anterolisthesis (anterior slippage of L5 on S1) and they tried to make it as stable as possible. I have no idea what happened to cause such an injury. Are we sure these films belong to the guy?

    Because it tasted like radioactive waste! Liver was disgusting! My mother used to sautee onions and make bacon and put that over the liver. I never said it, but I always thought, if you put sprinkles on shit, it's still SHIT! I was so happy when I could stop eating liver.

    I didn't mind liverwurst, and I like foie gras. But Liver steaks? No way. 😝

    Have you seen the videos when women catcall men? They do it as a "How do YOU like it?" kind of exercise, and all the men are so happy to get compliments from the women, it doesn't work out the way they (women) want it to.

    My husband joined a gym earlier this year and has been doing great, working out and eating better. He lost about 20 pounds and I can see and feel the changes in his body. He looks fantastic, and I tell him this all the time. One of his workout buddies is a friend I know from another exercise group. Older man, very nice. This guy has been working out for 2.5 years and completely transformed his body. A real beast. He told my husband that his wife NEVER compliments him. I don't understand that at all, and it makes me sad.

    Not all women are cunts, but there are enough who are loud and obnoxious enough that people notice.

    Do you think it's really that high?? Goodness, I hope not. Although when I look at my cousin's kids, none of the women are married. (4/4). Two of the boys are married, and both have had one child so far 2/3).
