    They want to keep saying this until people forget the distinction between residing in America vs the genetics that make an American. Same with half of Europe, Ireland etc. I'm tired of pictures of *Irish men* that are darker than every nigger in Africa.

    How many chemos have you done so far? Did they give you Neulasta? Light headed and pouring sweat may be an electrolyte imbalance too, I would eat some salty foods.
    Whatever it is, if this lasts til the morning or starts getting worse you call the doctor ASAP.
    PS, I only say that about the electrolyte imbalance because I tend to get those symptoms during the summer. I don't add salt to anything and in the summer I try to drink plenty of water, which can throw your body off. I take a couple of salt tablets everyday in the summer.
    But that is only a guess, if you get worse, call the doctor or go to the ER.

    Cashews, hard boiled eggs, what else...... Something you can basically nibble on all day that has a lot of protein. You want to try and avoid sugary as much as possible.

    I think every device from phone, tablet to computer all have parental controls. Parents too lazy just to set them up.
    Phones and tablets are nothing but babysitters anymore, so you don't actually have to talk to your child while shopping.
