Wrong. Your vote IN ADDITION to millions of other votes MATTER.

That's what the process IS, the accumulation of votes that create a block of support in whatever is your home county / city from which you receive your ballot.

All votes matter. They matter so very much that the Now XoFascists (formerly the Republican Party) has spent the last EIGHT YEARS passing voter suppression laws.

    Your vote matters!

She owns up to it and stands by that decision. However, she is STILL accepted by the LGBTQ community and is WELCOMED as a POTUS candidate. I TRUST THEIR decisions re who they choose to support.

Her history of LGBTQ support reaches back to 2004 -- earlier & more constant than Pres. Obama's at that time.

This is a good article about her history with the LGBTQ community and issues that concern them the most: https://19thnews.org/2020/08/kamala-harris-complicated-lgbtq-choice/

Kamala Harris is a complicated choice for some LGBTQ+ people
      from @19thnews
Kamala Harris has repeatedly apologized for missteps on trans rights. Is it enough to motivate LGBTQ+ voters to the polls?

There is absolutely no value to a third party vote when US democracy hangs on the line and the margins of winning are so very narrow.

For, indeed, Biden won some states in 2020 by mere thousands of votes. Every vote counts.

As you're living in the Netherlands, you have no skin in the game re who wins the WH and re the perpetuation of US democracy.

Have you read PROJECT 2025? It's a promise.

Hello. Your impression of Harris' record on LGBTQ and Women's rights is absolutely factually wrong.

Her presence as POTUS is WELCOMED by both communities and by the organizations that are constantly fighting for the civil rights of those groups.

There are only 8 women governors. Here's how two plan to fix that.

Govs. Michelle Lujan Grisham and Kate Brown are trying to elect more Democratic governors by getting to the root of the problem: money.

Hello. In ALL American elections, "third party" "protest" votes are empty. They do nothing substantive.

Had we a parliamentary system, they could be used with good effect to build other parties.

    That is not our system.

And, a reminder: ALL ELECTIONS for the next 50 years are going to be about unseating Fascists & electing w/#ProDemocracy candidates.

As well as donating to the Harris campaign for President, folks need to get busy donating to Marc Elias' DEMOCRACY DOCKET, to the ACLU, and to other #ProDemocracy #StateLegalOrgs who will be fighting to protect American voters' decisions in the 25 states currently occupied by Fascist trifectas.

    You have no facts.

The brokered convention is 193 years old having begun in 1831 and stopped in 1968.

In those 193 years, each party has won the WH and each party has lost the WH based on who their candidate was.

Democrat FDR won the nomination during a brokered convention in 1932 and won the WH in 1932 and THREE MORE TIMES thereafter.

Democrat John F Kennedy won the nomination during a brokered election in 1960 and went on to win the WH.

    Read more, perhaps?

In this instance, the Republican Party doesn't play chess. Neither does Joe Manchin, corrupt former Democratic Senator, now corrupt "Independent," still accepting bribes from corporations and plutocrats.

Manchin will not succeed. He's deeply corrupt. He's no longer a Democrat. He's associated now, with Trump and the Fascists. The only electors he'd get are Fake Electors.

    @darnell @potus

Manchin can't force the DNC to hold a contested convention. He doesn't lead it, Biden does.

Doubtful there will be a contested convention because most of the people floated to be competitors for the nomination have already endorsed Harris as the Democratic candidate for POTUS.

    Manchin's FoS.

SMH A contested Democratic convention DOES NOT guarantee a victory for the Republicans --or in this case, the Fascist Trump/Vance ticket.

Stop posting RW libertarian fan fiction.

I wear an N95 mask with a PM 2.5 mask inside to work because I've not yet had a chance to get my COVID-19 booster shot.

As I've no social life, I'm not going out much.

I worry about my family, who do have busy lives and are constantly around a lot of people.
