@dansup @loops Well, you do have a thing for a bit over ambitious dates and then postponing. Nonetheless, your communication and interaction with the community is frequent, and in my eyes, very good!

In this regard, @Mastodon could take a leaf out of your book. In general, regularly (and even repeatedly) posting about features, maybe with small gifs / animations would be great, though with the limited resources, that is already a stretch.

@dansup @pixelfed That is awesome, except there must be for sure a hosting provider chipped in between. Otherwise, even though it might be a streamlined and easy setup of a Pixelfed server, the server hosting itself is rarely trivial. I would imagine something like @mastohost for Pixelfeds. :BlobhajReach:

@dansup Honestly, I thought you know Swift already. From your posts it seemed you primarily test and develop on operating systems of Apple and then extend the apps to Android. What technologies did you use? React Native?

@rooster I'm still convinced @pixelfed would have the best shot at such a thing. The new established TikTok for the Fediverse must be available esp. on mobile and visually pleasing and be fairly known. Similar to Instagram incorporating Reels, Pixelfed could incorporate, well, Shorts? But @dansup is already jumping through hoop after hoop, so I think there is plenty of other tasks ahead. :pixelfed:

@Gargron Catching up and getting work done would generally be nice to do, however, it's quite common to have neither WiFi on board nor sufficient mobile coverage. :blobugh:
