Apparently 21 Republicans vote against this one, not just Massie. I can't find the exact roll call list on this yet, but I'm curious to see who stood up to this.
Delhi becoming India's Centralia would be a global catastrophe. The sudden displacement of 10s of millions pajeets would throw world in crisis. Such a figure makes Raspail look like an optimist.
Unironically, if tomorrow the US government announced that the $60 billion of new foreign aid would now be used to fight this fire & ensure Delhi remains habitable instead of going to Ukraine, I would be relieved.
>This happens at least once every year around summertime
Holy shit so they just expect this now and rely on it not getting out of control year after year...

Νικηφόρος ⩩I support Brandon Herrera but even if he does pull off the miracle win in the run-off, he will be so out of place in the GOP that they will treat him like the next Steve King in waiting from day 1. They'll bend over backwards trying to run damage control for a George Santos type, but they will throw a man like Brandon under the bus the first chance they get. With all that said, I still believe there is value in him winning in so far as it will likely further erode partisan trust among voters after they see how he's fucked over by the party.
Virtually none of this will happen. The best you'll get from this list is a few more states banning baby murder, and possibly a repeal of some gun control shit. Trump is going to win the election, barring niggarigging 2.0 on election night. Right now, the GOP looks like it will dominate the Senate, and win a modest majority in the House; they will piss it all away just like they did in 2017. They won't do shit despite having the SCOTUS on their side. The "agenda" is a campaign advertisement. You are voting for an ad.

Νικηφόρος ⩩Politicians can't offer any hope to young people looking to escape rentoid hell without gigadeportations to chop housing demand down considerably. The interest rates don't seem like theyre going to get better any time soon, so it ultimately comes down to deleting total demand via mass removals. Honestly can't blame anyone VOOTING for whoever makes an anti-immigration pretense part of their campaign. Still essentially motivated by self interest, even if the odds of fulfillment are low. They'll be disappointed in the end, as we all are, but I still can't fault them for thinking there might be a chance.
