Better to get behind a new nominee immediately, and catalyze unity & energy behind that campaign vs arguing for days about who it should be. People will get behind the choice if leaders signal the direction. And Harris is the only person set up for that role *right now* (and a solid candidate imo)

I always remind my team to keep notes on accomplishments throughout the year so they’ll have it all ready to enter into the year-end performance evaluation process.

I wish I had known I wouldn’t be able to even log into my “old” mastodon account after changing servers, because I would’ve revised the old user profile to give some context.
Or is there some way to do that I’m not aware of? #mastodon
