This is why I'm shocked Bluesky or any other privately-held network gets any freedom advocate's support.

Bluesky for EG offers us no guarantees they won't choose VC money over user interests OR not block users from leaving somehow, despite #freeourfeeds promises..

It's painful leaving people and resources behind but that's a blackmail/switching cost private social media will NEVER make easier on us...whether they're owned by billionaires or just millionaires.
