Why are the rich and powerful only publicly shamed for their crimes after they've died? I wonder how many living powerful predators there are that everyone knows about but are happily living their lives knowing that they will never be caught or punished.

Maybe that's why people came out in droves in France and voted. They had the highest turnout in years.

Perhaps an "inevitable" right wing takeover was so frightening that they came out and voted against it.

@fesshole They definitely know. In every workplace there's always someone not pulling their weight and everyone else hates them.

Tell me: how does it make sense that an entry-level federal employee is subject to more stringent ethics rules than Supreme Court justices?
