@palllyyy Thanks for your survey and good luck with your thesis. I would add another important advantage of Mastodon is the lack of toxic engagement algorithms. I found my mental health being affected by using X and it isn't over here. I find the content here to be a lot more intelligent and thoughtful.

@lioryair @ayoub By your own logic, the attacks by Hamas and Hesbollah are justified because you believe that war is a reasonable solution to solve grievances and preemptive attacks are OK. If they're wrong, Israel is wrong too. Can't be one rule for one and a different rule for another.

Now will you condemn Israeli war crimes and the murder of innocent people including children? Didn't think so. You have "religion' and morals but only for selected people. @lioryair @ayoub self defence certainly doesn't include attacking others. Where does it end? By attacking others, you end up murdering innocent people who, by your logic, would be justified in self defence by preemptive attacks.
People with flawed logic like you are the reason the world is so messed up.

@lioryair @ayoub I know a lot of Lebanese people (many of whom are Christians) who are worried sick about their families. They had nothing to with any attacks on Israel. And believe me, they don't think their country being ripped up and destroyed or justified. You don't give a fuck about real people's lives.

@lioryair @ayoub So murder is OK in your religion? This is why I'm not religious. I believe in morals. Religious people don't. They outsource their thinking which means they justify atrocities.

@lioryair @ayoub and Israel has a right to defend itself from being bombed and they have a lot of help with that and are very successful, as yesterday proved. But they don't have a right to invade or bomb others. They don't have a right to commit war crimes. Nobody does.
