   @fesshole Pretty sure you're not the reason they closed down. The fact that they refused to accept responsibility and you were driven to sue is indicative of a poor ethos in the first place.
   Scratch the surface and you'll probably find that your cherry seed was not a one off issue.

     Bought some cakes from a bakery as a treat my family. Eating mine I bit into a cherry seed, which cracked by tooth. The baker refused to accept responsibility so I sued. And won. Got compensation plus dental covered. The bakery closed down a couple months later and now I feel bad
