Jenkins: 17 MPH = 7.6 m/s
148 kg * 7.6 m/s = 1124.8 ns

Hill: 23 MPH = 10.28 m/s
87 kg * 10.28 m/s = 894.5 ns

Jenkins had 25% more momentum than Hill!

Hill would have to run 25% faster, around 30 MPH, to match Jenkins’ momentum.
