So I'm trying to put together a PA politics custom feed in Surf. Are there any sources that y'all would recommend to be focused on state level politics? With everything nationally being a gigantic cluster fuck on of my goals before the elections this year is to spend more time focusing on Pennsylvania. Also if you haven't checked out Surf I do really recommend it 👍

its worth saying that at this point nearly every oversight visit to detention facilities ends with horrified witnesses talking about the inhumane conditions people are subjected to. That GSA is telling them to not "get hung up on" issues like "needing paint and carpet before occupancy" is not hyperbole. It is an explicitly dehumanizing policy.

@stumblewyk I think it's interesting that this particular incident was so racist that the NYT condemned it as outright racist and several GOP Senators commented on it saying it should be removed and was bad. Which they actually ended up doing!
