@dansup id add Lemmy for groups/forum functionality. Its a massive part of why people still use Facebook.

I dont think anyone is enforcing it, its most likely Automattic being overly corporate and considering everything a brand name, but it blocked @blog from delivering a very anticipated functionality to the wordpress/fediverse ecosystem.

And I had no idea @Rharo was behind both this spec and the name, I dined with a fedi-celebrity! :D
