Die Freihandelsabkommen, die nationale Gesetze und Rechtsstaat aushebeln sollen, nicht wie jeden »Brief des Finanzministeriums« online zu stellen, sondern in einem Leseraum zu verstecken, sollte schon aufhorchen lassen. Der deutsche Michel und die deutsche Michelle denken sich bei sowas natürlich nie was Böses. Jan van Aken wird jetzt vermutlich als Vaterlands- und Klassenverräter geframet.

Aber, mir egal, was Medienmainstream und KapitalPolitKlasse daraus an Vorwurf konstruieren: Im Sinne der Menschenrechte war und ist das eine notwendige und Heldentat. Danke. Im Krieg Reich gegen Arm ein wichtiger Akt der Gegenspionage.

Verrat an VATERLAND und KLASSE ist kein Verrat an den Menschen, sondern dient ihnen, und oft, wie auch hier, den Lebensgrundlagen und dem sonstigen Leben.

Rainer Mühlhoff made clear in a C3 event not long ago that »AI« is a vast global data collection project failing the check against (almost) every social criterion in the United Nations sustainability charta. He has analysed our (the majority's) everyday’s IT routines, describes the mobile IT world and, more and more, PC net applications as feedback loops to collect training and socioeconomic data for GAFAM AI development and Big Data stores.

Irgendwann hab ich mal gelernt, Bargeld sei gesetzliches Zahlungsmittel, und das heiße, das Gesetz lege fest, dass sich jedenfalls Gewerbe nicht weigern könne, Bargeld als Zahlungsmittel zu akzeptieren. War das nie so? Wenn doch.liegt es an mangelhafter Umsetzung / Gesetzeswirklichkeit? Oder haben sich seit damals die Gesetze dazu geändert? Ich schau das nachher mal auf buzer.de nach, am richtigen Rechner.

Die Argumente 1. Hygiene und 2. Aufwand und Risiko (Kasse zählen, Münzen rollen, Scheine bündeln, zur Bank tragen) sind vorgeschoben. Ich kenne hier in der ländlichen Gegend eine Bäckereifiliale, deren Zahlautomat auch Bargeld nimmt, und eine Reihe Supermarktselbstscannerplätze (3 oder 4 Kassen), die auch Bargeld nehmen. Geldtransport ist eine einkaufbare Dienstleistung. …

Es wird sogar das Beispiel Ärzt.inn.enpraxis genannt. Freiberufliche sind privilegierte Selbständige, also insofern mit kleinen Bäckereien vergleichbar. Euro-Banknoten müssen unbegrenzt, Euro-Münzen bis 200 Euro bzw. 50 Münzen akzeptiert werden. Die Anti-Geldwäschebestimmungen, die unbare Zahlung großer Beträge verlangen, dürften bei Brötchen und auch bei umfangreichen Zahnsanierungsarbeiten selten zum Tragen kommen. Und in ärztlichen Praxen sind die Daten eh in vernetzten haus- und fachärztlichen Praxis-, E-Pat.akten-, Krankenversicherungs, Arbeit»geben«den-, E-Rezept-, E-AU-, Apotheken-, kommerziellen Software- und Zahlungsdienstleistendenrechnern, alles mit unfreier Software und weitgehend unkontrolliert und teils dilettantisch betrieben, da ist praktisch das Bargeld eh nicht anonym, da stellen sich aktuell ganz andere Datenschutz-, Privatheits- und Informationsfreiheitsfragen.

@afelia Ich bezweifle, dass ein #AfDVerbot den Faschist.inn.en ausreichend Macht und Geld entzieht. Darauf müssen wir abzielen. Und das ist das Dilemma, denn die Macht wird vom Kapital und der politischen Klasse vergeben. Also, ein Parteiverbot ist ein kleiner Baustein.
