@Sven I had always wanted to get into Bundesliga, out of sheer curiosity. Since my father's side of the family is from Berlin, I would only cheer for a Berlin team but Hertha was always terrible, bad ownership, boring colors/logo, etc. A few years went by, but it was in my mind. Then one day I randomly check the Bundesliga standings and this "Union Berlin" team (that I didn't even know existed) is 4th place. Read up on them, very cool backstory, cult club, and rabid fans. Hopped on board!
