@Sven Yeah, Hoffenheim is struggling for sure (had to laugh at Kramaric going off). But really, even money doesn't guarantee success (Hertha, Schalke, etc.). It just makes failure easier to survive.

@lee_eyres @reesecommabill LAFC is closest to me and I've heard the same, smaller midweek crowds are better because you get the real diehards.

@didier Wow, didn't realize Cox went that high. They haven't been bad where I'm at, the odd equipment malfunction, but generally their uptime has been pretty solid.

As a proud #Fedizen, so many thoughts today.

#FreeYourFeeds is weird to me. Why bother? @mastodon, @pixelfed, @loops...they already exist. The billionaire-free #Fediverse is already here. Besides, the ATprotocol is ultimately backed by VC money anyways, so it's part of the problem.

I also get a kick out of these services being called "competitors" of X, Instagram, etc., implying there's some race to be won or market to be captured. Everything has to be framed in capitalist terms.

1. Total cost of the #PalisadesFire. Based on the value of land and homes, it must be the costliest per square mile in history
2. The reaction of the insurance companies right now. Their whole business model is based on not paying out claims. This demolishes that entirely
3. The reaction of the insurance companies going forward. How can they justify insuring anybody in these zones from now on?

@helix2301 All I watch is Raw and Smackdown, if that. I tend to also get the highlights of each show from YouTube (I'm so glad they post them). I don't watch anything else, it's too much.
