Disability support (financial, care workers, mobility equipment, etc) as a basic human right, available to anyone who requests it. Sure, rich people will abuse this. But does it really matter?

Reorganization of the social security budget. Keep it the same, but instead of 90% going to enforcement and 10% going to disabled people, reverse these priorities

Separation of work and disability support

Just because you can do some kinds of work, sometimes, doesn't mean you don't need support, always

Just because you cannot do any kind of work, ever, does not mean that you should be forced to live at 50% of poverty level for your entire life, not be allowed to get married, etc

Thank you for your reply but it doesn't solve my problem

What I want is for my posts, as I said, to be:

1. Visible to as many people as possible on Mastodon (NOT just my followers),

and

2. Not visible to people who don't have a mastodon account

Is this impossible?

I have enough experience to read between the lines, and I am filled with rage and grief for that patient who had been misdiagnosed, and now is going to die

I know how many doctors they probably saw, who told them nothing was wrong with them -- until one finally said you have chronic fatigue go home

And that wasn't right either

The kind that we still write now, with no intention of actually sending them, just to get stuff off our chest?

...and ironically ended up being read by thousands of people, thousands of years later?
