Well, here's the thing. Both Nixon and Johnson/Humphrey promised to end the war. Nixon, being the POS that he was, secretly torpedoed the Democratic plan. Then he went on with the war for 4 more years, escalated troops and bombing, and destroyed a few bonus countries.
So, NO!
I blame Nixon and those who failed to distinguish between him and Humphrey.

In the report (see above) Walz reminds Republican negotiators he was (had been) a member of the teachers union. We've never had that kind of representation in my life. And we've had a lot of people who never educated designing education policy!

Remember that the Florida-Felon-Waiting-to-be-Sentenced-For-34-Felony-Counts is not counting on gaining a lot of Black voters when he gives a speech (to a mostly white audience) in a Black Detroit church. He wants white supporters to believe that voting for him is not racist because he "has Black support."
While his number of Black supporters IS greater than zero, nah. Voting for him is still racist.
